Padgett Law Group absorbs the default practice of Dyke & Winzerling, entering the Arkansas market.
That same year, Padgett Law Group launched its national bankruptcy practice, which today has grown to include national foreclosure, replevin, and business purpose loans.

Logo Iterations
The original logo for Timothy D. Padgett, P.A. was in use prior to the firm's 2015 rebrand and DBA. The logo design was a play on four Ps for Padgett, which is still a hallmark of Padgett branding, culture, and communications today.
Timothy D. Padgett, P.A. rebranded in 2015 as Padgett Law Group, which is when it first introduced its recognizable arrow icon. This logo iteration was in use for ten years, from 2015 to 2025.
On the ten-year anniversary of its corporate identity, Padgett Law Group refreshed its brand, with a simplified emphasis on Padgett. Font and color tweaks updated the firm's core logo, as well as icon placement.
