Recognition
Each month, we celebrate stand-out individuals and teams through our peer-nomination and leadership-reviewed award process. At the end of each year, we present the annual Padgett Prism Awards to recognize outstanding contributors.
Engagement
Our Employee Engagement Committee is an employee-led opportunity for firm leadership to listen and receive feedback, and to guide employee program design and roll-out. The EEC meets monthly and contributes to various programs, including the firm's annual employee survey.
Professional Development
Padgett leaders, subject matter experts, and outside consultants regularly present, train, and educate firm staff. The firm offers employees a robust learning management system they can shop and contribute to, as well as leadership development and other training.
Shared Standards
The firm promotes and strives to meet our shared standard, #PLG100, which pushes teams to exceed client expectations 100% of the time and to always earn 100% on client scorecards. #PLG100 scores are shared and celebrated firm-wide each month.
Employee Engagement: Our Committee of Culture Builders
Padgett's Employee Engagement Committee is the intersection of employee-led initiatives and executive-level listening. The EEC is the place we explore employee programming like book clubs, volunteer drives, charity selection, and employee reward and recognition efforts. Any employee can join the EEC and actively contribute to the building and enhancement of Padgett Culture.
