Our Pennsylvania Practice

Padgett's Pennsylvania practice operates out of the firm's fully operational Philadelphia, PA location. Since expanding into the Pennsylvania market in 2021, PLG has continued to strengthen its local presence with a team supported by the firm’s full operational, financial, and technological resources. The firm offers comprehensive default services throughout the state, including foreclosure, evictions, title and title curative, litigation, bankruptcy, replevin, and REO.

Padgett’s Pennsylvania practitioners combine strong litigation capabilities, a deep understanding of real estate transactional work, and significant mortgage servicing compliance experience—all grounded in a thorough understanding of Pennsylvania’s judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes. Navigating Pennsylvania’s foreclosure landscape requires careful attention to county-specific practices, procedural rules, and statutory obligations, and our attorneys are well-equipped to manage these complexities from the initial filing through final disposition.

With substantial courtroom experience across Pennsylvania’s varied jurisdictions and well-established relationships within the state’s legal and judicial systems, Padgett is uniquely positioned to provide efficient, strategic, and results-driven representation. Whether overseeing high-volume portfolios or handling contested foreclosure matters, our team is prepared to protect your interests at every stage of the process, throughout the Commonwealth.
