Our Pennsylvania Practice
Padgett's Pennsylvania practice operates out of the firm's fully operational Philadelphia, PA location. PLG expanded its presence in the Pennsylvania market in late 2021 with the hiring of Jaqueline F. McNally, Esq., who has led multi-state legal, compliance, and full-service creditors' rights legal practices in the area for over a decade. Our local team is now powered by the full operational, financial, and technological resources of PLG. The firm offers comprehensive default services throughout the state, including foreclosure, evictions, title, title curative, litigation, bankruptcy, replevin and REO.
Market Nuances
Padgett’s Pennsylvania practitioners combine strong litigation capabilities, a deep understanding of real estate transactional work, and significant mortgage servicing compliance experience—all grounded in a thorough understanding of Pennsylvania’s judicial and non-judicial foreclosure processes. Navigating Pennsylvania’s foreclosure landscape requires careful attention to county-specific practices, procedural rules, and statutory obligations, and our attorneys are well-equipped to manage these complexities from the initial filing through final disposition.
With substantial courtroom experience across Pennsylvania’s varied jurisdictions and well-established relationships within the state’s legal and judicial systems, Padgett is uniquely positioned to provide efficient, strategic, and results-driven representation. Whether overseeing high-volume portfolios or handling contested foreclosure matters, our team is prepared to protect your interests at every stage of the process, throughout the Commonwealth.
