HUD Withdraws Notice of Intent to Reorganize and Revise Operating Model

Please note that previously published notice, HUD Notice of Intent to Reorganize HUD and Revise Field Operating Model, has been withdrawn by the Department as of 11:15 a.m. EST. Padgett Regulatory Affairs will continue to monitor for relevant updates. You may request a copy of the agency's withdrawal letter, and/or the withdrawn document, by sending an email to fr.inspection@nara.gov. Padgett Regulatory Affairs recently published this post about the Notice, which is no longer applicable.
